This section allows you to create the email templates which can then be sent by the pre-sales/sales to the leads.
In the pre-sales/sales UI, when the user clicks on Send email, there is an option of composing the email using template. So the templates configured in this section can be directly sent to the customers.
Click on Marketing Automation -> Email templates -> New Email Template.
